Diagnose is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in Canada. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you'll do
Own the revenue operations infrastructure including CRM and sales tooling
Build dashboards that give leadership visibility into pipeline and retention
Ensure clean data flow and accurate attribution across sales and marketing
Support forecasting and operational planning as the company scales
What we're looking for
4 or more years in revenue or sales operations in B2B SaaS
Deep experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong analytical skills and ability to build clear, actionable reports
Experience at a high-growth startup is a strong advantage
