How long does implementation take?
Most health systems are fully live within 24 hours of signing. Diagnose's team handles the EHR integration and physician onboarding end to end. No IT project required on your side beyond an initial access approval.
Which EHR systems does Diagnose integrate with?
Diagnose integrates with Epic, Cerner, and a growing list of other major EHR platforms through standard APIs. If your system is not yet listed, contact us and we will scope the integration before you commit to anything.
How does Diagnose handle patient data and privacy?
Audio is permanently deleted the moment a note is generated. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, BAAs are signed before any processing begins, and Diagnose is SOC 2 Type II certified. Nothing is retained, shared, or sold.
How accurate are the notes?
Diagnose's models are trained per specialty, not as a general medical tool. Notes are structured to match each specialty's conventions and reviewed by physicians who practice in that field. Most physicians report near-zero editing before signing.
What specialties does Diagnose support?
Diagnose currently supports internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, and psychiatry, with additional specialties in active development. Specialty-specific models are trained independently to ensure clinical accuracy in each field.
Can physicians try Diagnose before a health system contract is signed?
Yes. Individual physicians can start a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. For health system evaluations, we offer a structured pilot across one department before any system-wide commitment.
