It is the reason we move fast, stay focused, and care deeply about getting the details right. There are no committees, no approval chains, no side quests. You know what you are responsible for, you have the context to make good decisions, and you are trusted to see them through.
We are early enough that the work you do now will shape the company for years. In healthcare, the details are never small. We are building a team that understands that and holds itself to it every day.
