Location type

Diagnose is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in the Netherlands. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.

What you'll do

  • Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of clinic and health system accounts

  • Drive onboarding, activation, and retention for every physician seat

  • Identify expansion opportunities and grow existing accounts

  • Track and report on NPS, retention, and expansion revenue

What we're looking for

  • 3 or more years in customer success or account management in B2B SaaS

  • Experience managing healthcare or clinical customers is a strong advantage

  • Strong communicator with both clinical and administrative stakeholders

  • Proactive and organised with a large book of business
