We now ship on a fixed weekly cycle. Each update is small enough that no individual physician should notice it unless they are looking. A section header that renders one pixel lower. A confidence threshold that is slightly more conservative. A specialty specific term added to the cardiology model vocabulary.
The cumulative effect of 52 small improvements in a year is significant. The individual experience of each one is unremarkable. That is the goal.

Not because physicians read it every week — most do not — but because the option to read it matters.
