Diagnose was built by a physician who lived the documentation problem. Every significant product decision since has been informed by physicians who use it every day. We are formalising that relationship with the launch of the Diagnose Physician Advisory Panel.

We are looking for 10 practicing clinicians across our current specialties — internal medicine cardiology and psychiatry — to join a structured advisory program. Members will receive early access to new features review specialty model updates before they ship and meet with our clinical and product teams on a monthly basis.

What we are looking for

We are not looking for advisors who want a title. We are looking for physicians who will tell us directly when something is wrong. The most valuable feedback we have ever received came from a cardiologist who told us our cardiology model was producing notes she would be embarrassed to put in a chart. That conversation led to six additional weeks of model development before we released it.

If you have strong opinions about what clinical documentation software should and should not do we want to hear them.

How to apply

Applications are open through the contact page. Tell us your specialty how long you have been using Diagnose and one thing you would change about the product if you could change it today. We will review applications on a rolling basis and notify applicants within two weeks.

Compensation for advisory time is provided. Details are shared during the review process.
